We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of our honey, flowers, farm events, and other products. However, we cannot guarantee that product colors, sizes, or details will look exactly the same on your screen as they do in person (nature has its own way of being unique!).

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, postal delays, or product availability). We are not responsible for delays once your package has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are natural, perishable, or handmade:

Food items (like honey) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Non-food items (like farm merchandise) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

6. Farm Events & Liability

By attending events on our farm (such as sunflower days, tours, or workshops), you agree to assume all risks associated with outdoor activities. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost belongings while on our property. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All farm names, logos, branding, and website content belong to Schwirian Farm and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide quality products and experiences, but Schwirian Farm shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products or website, except as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
